Shipping & Returns



Orders for in stock items received before 12:00 hours weekdays are dispatched within 4-5 business days.

  • Our recommended dispatch for Europe & Rest of World deliveries is via “PostNL” Registered and Tracked Delivery. Your order ships in a sturdy and easy to recycle card board mailing box.
  • We're unable to offer standard shipping for orders paid with Paypal or credit cards.
  • We offer free at your own risk, standard (not trackable) international shipping for orders < € 100,- which are paid by bank transfer or iDeal. Contact us before placing your order for details.
  • Additionally we're happy to offer DHL Express shipments starting €65,- for expedited, secure shipping. Contact us for tariffs.
  • We do not ship to Russia and China, nor to Russian or Chinese subjects living abroad.

Should you wish to add an item to a pending order you can simply place a new order and select "combine with pending order" for shipping option when you are reviewing your shopping cart. To make sure both orders are shipped together at no additional charge for the new order please add your prior order number at the comment box.

Please note: we retain the right to cancel orders placed using "combine with pending order(s)" but without prior or indicated follow up orders.

Individual orders over € 300,- including VAT in value are dispatched free of shipping fee via “PostNL” Registered and Tracked Delivery. All registered deliveries will require a signature from the recipient.



Occasionally certain items sell out fast, but most items usually are readded to our stock within 2-3 weeks (when back-ordered). 



We will exchange goods, dispatch replacements or refund your payment provided we are notified about the return/replacement within 14 days of the receipt of your order and the original goods are returned to us as sold, within 28 days of receipt.

Please note we cannot offer replacements or refunds for returned special order items. Please contact us on +31 (0)30 877 5070 during office hours or via e-mail at [email protected] for further information or to inform us of your intention to return goods for replacement or refund.

Returns should be sent to us preferably via Recorded or Registered post (please retain your proof of postage) - we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods until they have been received by us.

Refunds are credited to the account from which the original payment was received.
